Is there really a free plan? ▼
Yes — the Free plan is permanently free with 15 product imports/scrapes per month. No credit card required. It also includes bulk import and individual product sync so you can evaluate Scrapit's core features before upgrading to Pro.
What does "sync all products" mean? ▼
Scrapit revisits the original source URLs and updates your Shopify products when anything changes — price, stock, images, or description. The Free plan lets you sync individual products manually; Pro syncs your entire imported catalogue automatically.
How does the annual billing work? ▼
On the annual plan you pay $300 upfront for 12 months — that's $25/month, saving you $48 compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly anytime from Settings → Billing in the Scrapit app (Shopify credits unused monthly time when you upgrade to yearly; switching from yearly to monthly usually starts after your yearly period ends).
Can I cancel anytime? ▼
Absolutely. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Downgrade in Scrapit, or from your Shopify admin under Apps → Billing. Your account stays on Pro until the end of the current paid billing period, then automatically moves to Free — you keep your 15 free scrapes per month forever. During that grace period you can Resubscribe from Settings → Billing to approve a new Pro plan and keep Pro without waiting for the period to end.
Which websites can I scrape from? ▼
Scrapit is designed to work with Shopify-powered stores as the source. If the product page you want to import is on a Shopify storefront, Scrapit will reliably extract all product data — title, description, images, variants, pricing, and inventory.
